Each and every year the Middleton PTSA strives to make a positive difference at our school and we encourage you to be a part of this worthwhile organization. Membership dues are only $10 but together they go a long way toward helping us reach our goals supporting various PTSA sponsored events throughout the school year.

Who can be a part of PTSA?

Anyone may be a member - students, teachers, parents, grandparents and community members.

How do I join? (two ways to join!)

• ONLINE w/credit card:

Visit our Memberhub page and select your Membership.

• ONLINE w/check:

Fill out the online Membership Form.

Drop off check at Middleton's main office.

When you join the PTSA, we will email you to see where you would like to get involved. If you have questions, email vpmembership@middletonptsa.org.
